Today was good. I went to a craft thing on decorating tiny hats. Then I had three program items back to back, two panels and the tribble-making workshop. The Square of the Hippopotamus ended up selling at the voice auction for $65!!

And I sold another piece Sunday morning, for a total of ten of the nineteen that I took. Whee!

Arrived early for Worldcon to help set up the art show. (I'm on the staff, for my sins.) The train out was very comfortable. I'm glad I splurged on the roomette--which works *much* better for one than for two. For stuffed animals in an art show, under 'medium' I usually put 'soft sculpture'. But this Worldcon, I'm going to be displaying the cat stole, hat, and bag from my Felina DeVille costume, and for those I want to list the actual materials (fur fabric, plus fiberfill or suede-cloth, depending). I had a very good con, marred only by my calico cat losing its head ("That wasn't supposed to happen.") and by realizing upon my return home that I had dropped my credit card at a dealer's table a few hours previously. Just got back from LunaCon. It was fun, despite programming's total disorganization, and the fact that the Masquerade got thrown together at the last minute, was in far too small a room, and never did make it into the printed schedule. I sold two more animals in the art show, via last-minute bids from one of the people running the show. She bought the Horse of a Different Color for the toddler daughter of the Art Show Czar and Czarina (who already own my Mandarin Moose) and the Wolf in Sheep's Clothing for her infant nephew.
